The Inspire Foundation

The Inspire Foundation enhances the lives of people with disabilities through creative programs and technology. Supported by The Melita Foundation, their latest project introduces tablets to improve care routines and foster independence.

The Inspire Foundation offers a range of therapies and support, from occupational and physiotherapy to animal-assisted therapy and multi-sensory theatres. Their latest project involves using tablets to better manage care routines, enhancing communication, efficiency, and reducing paper use. These tablets, with unique apps and features, help people with profound multiple learning disabilities engage in activities, learn, and communicate more easily, fostering independence and community connection. This aligns perfectly with The Melita Foundation’s core values of inclusivity and environmental care.

Making a difference together

Since starting in 2020, The Melita Foundation has backed many projects run by different groups and backgrounds. From local STEM skills for school kids in the Three Cities to global stuff like planting trees, ESG awareness, teaching maritime law and conservation and ensuring our heritage is well taken care of.
